How involved should I be in the design process?
A ton! Author involvement is essential to ensuring the final design exceeds your expectations. We first ask authors to provide a mood board of existing book covers whose style resonates with them as well as complete a questionnaire to narrow down the direction and style of their vision. Our designers will take that guidance and create mockups combining the various elements outlined, updating and tweaking to create the cover of your dreams.
